IMA has been awarded a new LSVT (Large Scale Voluntary Transfer) Environmental Risk Management Contract – the Manchester “East” transfer to Eastlands Homes Partnship Ltd. This follows on from the City South Manchester Housing Trust’s transfer that took place on 3rd June 2008. The “East” transfer is currently planned for October 2008.

Recent LSVT’s by IMA have included: Berwick-upon-Tweed BC, City South Manchester Housing Trust, LB of Havering, Three Rivers DC, Torridge DC, Watford BC, the BC of Wellingborough, Derwentside DC, North Norfolk DC, Pendle BC, Sefton Council, Rossendale BC, Macclesfield BC, Salford CC Scoping Contract, Aylesbury Vale District Council, the Borough of Broxbourne, and Peterborough City Council. Previously Ian was involved in some 20+ LSVTs, including: Manchester City Council, Coventry City Council, Chichester District Council, Erewash Borough Council, Newport County Borough Council, Horsham District Council.
