“IMA has been awarded a new LSVT (Large Scale Voluntary Transfer) Environmental Risk Management Contract –– this is pre-ballot for a council planning its post-ballot project plan to commence later this year.

This brings our total to 22 housing transfers that we have worked with since 2006 and almost 50 that members of our team have been involved with since the Telford & Wrekin transfer in 1999.

In the last few years alone we have worked on, amongst others, housing transfers including: Rutland CC, Sedgefield BC, Manchester East, Berwick-upon-Tweed BC, City South Manchester, LB of Havering, Three Rivers DC, Torridge DC, Watford BC, the BC of Wellingborough, Derwentside DC, North Norfolk DC, Pendle BC, Sefton Council, Rossendale BC, Macclesfield BC, Salford CC, Aylesbury Vale DC, and the Borough of Broxbourne.
