Brownfield
Land Management & Regeneration
An unrivalled background and experience in addressing
the management of risks and liabilities associated
with brownfield land - its sale, purchase, development,
planning, finance, M&A's and disposals - maximising
value and minimising risk.
Waste
Management & Recycling
Working with companies and public sector organisations
in developing their waste management strategies,
green procurement policies and guidelines - ‘if
you are not buying recycled, you are not recycling’
The
identification and management of environmental
risks and liabilities for local authorities transferring
their housing stock and other assets. This includes
the project specification, the identification
of environmental consultants, the tendering and
managing of the environmental survey and the crucial
marrying together of the output from the survey
with warranty and residual risks. This enables
the council to consider its risk management approach,
risk transfer and warranty negotiating strategy,
supported by I Martin Associates.
