Ian Martin LLB MBA FCMI ACIH MCIM
Ian was formerly Business Development Director for
Certa (UK) Limited, a leading Environmental Underwriter
in the UK on behalf of Allianz Cornhill. Ian was
a founder member of Certa's senior management team.
He was responsible for Sales and Marketing, playing
a leading role in the company's dramatic growth
from its launch in 1997 - enabling ground breaking
environmental insurance solutions for commercial
land transactions, M&A's, brownfield and inner-city
re-regeneration, major infrastructure projects,
RSLs and housing stock transfers. Ian was formerly
a Board Member of Moat Housing Group (South) and
a Lay Assessor with the NHS National Clinical Assessment
Service.
